The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. We stayed at a place nearby for a gig at The Garrick Theatre, which was epic! The theatre itself was in this awesome old building that gave it a really cool vibe. And guess what? The hotel was just a short walk from there! Perfect for pre and post-show shenanigans. We had a blast partying with our friends at The Stirling Arms Hotel, it was the ultimate hangout spot for a group like ours!
The only thing we wished for was a bigger dance floor at the hotel. We were in the mood to let loose and show off our moves, but the space was a bit tight.

We recently stayed at this place and had a fantastic experience. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, making sure that our specific room request was met. Check-in was smooth and easy, even after hours. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that we were tempted to find out where we could buy them! The room was clean and spacious, with a well-appointed bathroom area. we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
The only downside we encountered was that some of the other guests were not very considerate with noise. However, this minor issue did not take away from our positive experience at this hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed this brand-new hotel: yummy food and lovely staff. The room we had was absolutely stunning and impressive, came with a comfy bed as well as a balcony. The location was exceptional in a lovely area, adjacent to railway which cause lots of noise and good restaurants and coffee shops.

Location: the hotel was near cafes, restaurants, other pubs, antique and gift shops, restaurant, bottle shop and entertainment, and a historical and quirky suburb. The bed was very comfy, and in general I enjoyed new-fashioned and well soundproofed room;))

I had a great stay at this hotel! The check-in staff member was fantastic - very helpful and informative. They gave me a quick tour of the hotel and the rooms were full of character. I loved the attention to detail in the design of the room. The hotel facilities were great, and the car park was perfect. It was right outside my window, which was really convenient. Additionally, the hotel's location close to the theatre and great cafes on the main road made it a perfect spot!
Absolutely nothing.

The Stirling Arms had great value for the money. The room was super spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful revamping. The staff were lovely and welcoming, making my stay enjoyable. The location was central and convenient.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe by offering more variety or healthier options.

The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are comfortable with decent heating and a comfy bed, and the huge bathroom is a nice bonus. I also enjoyed having a balcony where I could relax and take in the surroundings. If you want to explore the Swan Valley area, this hotel is perfect since it's conveniently located. You'll have easy access to great restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean with modern fixtures. Some rooms have comfortable king size beds, and there's even fast wifi.
The lack of staff presence can be frustrating, and the rooms can be noisy due to outside factors such as nearby train stations or generators.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I loved that they offered different types of pillows, making it easy to find my preferred one. the complimentary facilities such as the security codes and the balcony with a nice view were very helpful too.
I didn't get much sleep due to the noise. the hotel was located near a train station and airport, causing frequent disturbances.
